Convicted murderer hanged in public in southern Iran

Ahvaz, July 29: An Iranian man, sentenced to death for murder, has ended
up at the gallows in public in this south-western city, a local source said
Sunday [29 July].
The unnamed source told IRNA Reza Pur-Azimi was hanged at dawn last
Wednesday [25 July] in front of Ahvaz Justice Administration for having
murdered a fellow, Behrang Bakhshayesh, five years ago.
